| App Name | Rooter: Watch, Shop and Redeem |

| Latest version | v8.6.14 |

| Internet | Always required |
No Rooter MOD APK can give you real Rooter Coins. Rooter Coins can be redeemed for BGMI UC, Free Fire diamonds, gift cards and vouchers. They have real value, so Rooter keeps every coin on its own servers. A file that shows “unlimited coins” only changes the number on your screen, and redeeming fails. This guide shows how Rooter works and how to earn coins faster the honest way. It also lists the “free coin” tricks that are scams.
What Is Rooter?
Rooter is an Indian gaming app founded in 2016 by Piyush Kumar and Dipesh Agarwal in New Delhi. It started as a game streaming and esports platform, often called “India’s answer to Twitch”. Today the Google Play listing calls it Rooter: Watch, Shop and Redeem, which sums up its three parts:
| Part | What you do |
|---|---|
| Watch | Live gaming and esports streams, short gaming reels and creator videos |
| Play | Challenges like BGMI Passport, quizzes and activities with milestones |
| Shop | Buy game currencies and gift cards: BGMI UC, Free Fire diamonds, Valorant Points, Google Play codes |
| Earn and Redeem | Collect Rooter Coins from activities, then redeem them for rewards |
Rooter has grown into a big platform. In a July 2025 interview, founder Piyush Kumar said it had 85 million users. Its revenue now comes mainly from the Rooter Shop, which sells in game items across many games.
Rooter Unlimited Coins: Why a Mod Cannot Add Them
Rooter unlimited coins is the biggest search on this page, along with “rooter app unlimited coins” and “rooter unlimited money”. Here is the problem.
Rooter Coins are worth real things. You can redeem them for UC, diamonds, gift cards and vouchers. Rooter pays for those rewards. So Rooter tracks every coin on its own servers, tied to your account.
When you open the app, it asks the server for your coin balance. A modded file can show “999999 coins” on screen, but:
- Redeeming checks the server. The real balance is used, so the redeem fails.
- Odd balances get flagged. An account that suddenly “has” huge coins is easy for Rooter to spot.
- Your account is at risk. Rooter can block an account it believes is abusing rewards. You then lose any real coins you earned.
There is a second reason we will not offer it. If a coin hack ever did work, it would mean taking paid rewards without earning them. That is not a game cheat. It is taking money from a company, and it can have consequences beyond a ban.
The good news: Rooter really does give coins for normal activity. The section on earning coins shows how to get the most out of it.
Rooter Pro and Premium Membership Claims
Many mod pages promise “Premium Membership”, “Unlocked Premium” or a “Rooter Pro mod apk”. When we checked the official Google Play description, we found no paid premium membership listed. The app’s paid side is the Rooter Shop, where you buy game currencies and gift cards.
So a file that “unlocks premium” is unlocking something the official app does not clearly sell. One top ranking mod page shows “Premium Membership” as its only MOD feature. Yet its title promises unlimited coins too. Treat these claims with caution.
Rooter Mod Menu and Coin Hacks
Searches like “rooter mod menu”, “rooter hack” or “rooter app unlimited coins hack” lead to three kinds of traps. The same goes for any Rooter unlimited money offer:
| Trap | What really happens |
|---|---|
| Mod menu APK | A floating panel that changes only what you see. Redeeming still uses the real balance |
| Coin generator site | Asks for your username, then surveys or app installs. No coins arrive |
| “Send coins” offers on Telegram or YouTube | Ask for your login or a payment first. They are scams |
Remember one rule: Rooter never asks for your password outside the app. Anyone who wants your login, OTP or money to “send coins” is a scammer.
Some people search for “rooter mod apk 6.4.4.1” or “6.1.21”. These are builds from years ago. Rooter now needs Android 10 or newer, and old builds cannot log in to the current servers.
How to Earn Rooter Coins the Real Way
These are the methods the app itself is built around. Rewards change often, so check the Earn section inside the app.
- Complete daily activities. The listing says coins come from completing activities and watching content.
- Watch streams and videos. Time spent watching creators can earn coins.
- Join challenges like BGMI Passport. Milestones pay rewards as you progress.
- Play quizzes and gaming activities. Quick tasks that add coins.
- Use the referral program. Inviting friends has given signup coins in the past.
- Log in daily. Regular activity keeps you eligible for daily rewards.
- Follow your favourite creators. Some streams run giveaways for viewers.
- Keep a backup reward in mind. Reviews mention popular rewards going out of stock. Pick a second choice before you redeem.
Be patient. Earning enough for a UC pack takes time, but it is real and safe.
How to Redeem Rooter Coins
- Open Rooter and go to the redeem or rewards section.
- Pick a reward: UC, diamonds, gift card or voucher.
- Check how many coins it needs and confirm.
- For game currencies, enter the correct player ID. A wrong ID cannot be fixed later.
- Wait for the confirmation in the app.
About “out of stock”: Recent Google Play reviews mention rewards showing “out of stock” or “high demand”. One was a ₹50 Amazon Pay voucher. If this happens, try again later or choose a different reward. For stuck redemptions, Rooter’s listed support email is [email protected].
Rooter Shop: Buying UC and Diamonds
Besides earning coins, the Rooter Shop sells game currencies directly for money. The listing names BGMI UC, Free Fire Diamonds, Valorant Points and Google Play recharge codes. Founder Piyush Kumar has described the shop as the core of Rooter’s business, aggregating virtual items across games.
Tips for the shop:
- Double check your player ID before paying.
- Compare with the official game store, since prices and bonuses differ.
- Pay only inside the app. Never pay a seller who contacts you on Telegram or WhatsApp.
Stream on Rooter as a Creator
Rooter is not only for watching. It was built as a home for Indian game streamers. In 2022, about one million users created content on it each month. In 2025, the founder named creator tools and fan monetisation as growth areas.
If you want to stream BGMI, Free Fire or other games:
- Set up your Rooter profile with a clear name and photo.
- Pick one main game, so viewers know what to expect.
- Go live from the app’s streaming option.
- Stream at the same times each week to build a habit for viewers.
- Talk to your chat. Small streamers grow through regulars.
Creator earnings depend on Rooter’s current programs. Check the creator section in the app for the latest rules.
Watch Rooter on PC
You do not need an emulator to watch Rooter on a computer. Videos and streams also open on the official rooter.gg website in your browser. Coin earning and the shop work best in the Android app.

You can also install from Google Play for automatic updates, or visit the official Rooter website. Before opening any APK, read how to check if an APK is safe or scan it on VirusTotal. For updates, install the new official build over the old one. Our update guide explains why a modded copy blocks this.
Is Rooter Safe?
The official app is a large, funded Indian company with tens of millions of users. On Google Play, Rooter states that data is encrypted in transit and that you can request data deletion. It may collect location and personal info, and it may share some personal info and device IDs with third parties. The content rating is Teen, and the app shares location, so parents should check settings for younger users.
The real risks come from modded files and “free coin” sites, which can steal logins or install unwanted apps.

|---|---|---|
| Real Rooter Coins | Earned from activity | None added |

Rooter is a useful app for Indian gamers who want streams, challenges and a way to earn small rewards. Rooter Coins turn into real UC, diamonds and vouchers, so no mod can add them. Conclusion
A Rooter MOD APK with unlimited coins cannot work. Rooter Coins are redeemable for real UC, diamonds and vouchers, and they live on Rooter’s servers. Coin mods and generators only risk your account and your data. Install the official 8.6.14 build, earn coins through activities, and redeem them carefully. Find more safe apps in our Apps section.
